Featuring a centre mixed cushion cut 2.39ct fine blue sapphire bezel set with mill grain edge surrounded by a halo of 18 bead set round brilliant diamonds. In the shoulders and basket under side are 14 round brilliant diamonds bead and bezel set. Hand finished in 18k white gold.
